In this ceremonial sauna journey, Isabel works with heat, breath, rhythm, and sound to guide a deep inner release - the kind that reaches beyond the body and into the nervous system, emotions, and subconscious layers.
Across three rounds of rising heat, you'll be accompanied by shamanic drumming, Tibetan bowls, intentional breathing, and vocal release.
The heat builds slowly, the sounds guide you inward, and what's ready to move... moves.
This ceremony is about shedding what no longer belongs to you - patterns, tension, old stories - and creating space for what wants to emerge as we transition into the Year of the Horse.
