In the somatic movement ecstatic dance you will be guided to journey within exploring your inner self whilst expressing yourself through freeform movement. Expect sensations to rise which might have been lingering around within so they can be released. An opportunity to expand your highest potential and free yourself of conditioned patterns during this unique journey of embodiment.
