Isabel has a deep and long-standing connection with saunas. As a seasoned Sauna Meister, she has led countless hours of sauna experiences, uplifting and energizing participants. Whether in Spas or at Events, Isabel tailors each experience to the unique energy of the event and its location. With an instinctive connection to others, she uses the power of heat to facilitate a transformative, enjoyable and relaxing sauna experience.

Two 15 minute sessions, offering different experiences.

1. Music & essential oils

Three rounds of gradually intensifying heat, paired with powerful music and organic essential oils that engage the senses of smell, sound, and touch.

2. Tibetan bowl & aromatic smells

Three rounds begin with an aromatic scent that sets the environment. As the heat gradually rises, the resonant tones of a Tibetan bowl play, positively influencing the participants’ electromagnetic fields.
