SMOOTHIE RECIPE | Vitamin C infusion

A simple smoothie, yet full of so much vitamin C! With a very smooth texture, this one uses very little water as most of the liquid comes from the mandarins and oranges. Instead of pressing out these fruits you consume the skin which is where most of the vitamins comes from and to reduce the fruit sugar level it’s balanced with a delicious beetroot.


  • 6 mandarins

  • 3 oranges

  • half a beetroot

Mix the smoothie with a very little amount of water to keep that smooth texture.

  • I recommend between 50 - 100ml energized water.

Place a piece of paper with a positive word under the glass of water like “love” or put some mountain crystals into it which will inform the molecules in the water with good vibes!
