SMOOTHIE RECIPE | The red spice

This smoothie truly spices you up from the inside and fuels you with so much natural energy!


  • 3/4 of a big chili

  • A large chunk of ginger

  • 3 peaches

  • 250g strawberries

  • A chunk beetroot

  • 1 whole mango

Mix the smoothie with however much water you want depending on how thick you want to make it.

  • I recommend 400ml energized water.

Place a peace of paper with a positive word under the glass of water or put some mountain crystals into it which will inform the molecules in the water with good vibes!
